Those donations are essential for us to continue supporting projects that defend social justice and fundamental rights in the country. The bill’s payment is fully spontaneous and voluntary, and your contribution makes a significant difference to our activities. The Brazil Fund Foundation destinies all raised resources to support initiatives that promote social justice and fundamental rights in Brazil.
The bank bill isn’t a charge and there isn’t any consequence if it’s not paid. This is just a request for donation to support our cause. Should you not wish to contribute, you may simply disregard the request.
According to determination by FEBRABAN, all bank bills, including donation ones, must be registered to the recipient’s CPF or CNPJ to ensure security and transparency. This is a donation bank bill and its payment is not mandatory, with no burden to the recipient should it not be paid.
The direct debit is just a warning that the bank bill has been generated. The payment is only done with your authorization and, should you not wish to pay, you may disregard the warning. The Brazil Fund Foundation has no access to your bank information.
The Itaú Bank is the emitter of donation bank bills for the Brazil Fund Foundation. When opting to pay digitally, the beneficiary will be identified as the foundation itself.
We treat your data to raise funds that help us maintain our activities of human rights promotion, in conformity with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and based in our legitimate interest.

No. The amount suggested in the bank bill is just a suggestion. You can adjust the value at the moment of payment if you wish.

No. The bank bill can be paid in up to 59 days after expiration, with no fees or fines. After that term, it will be canceled automatically.
Yes, the donation is credited directly to the Foundation’s account up to 48h after payment.
The resources are used to finance projects that promote human rights throughout the country, beyond covering the Foundation’s operational costs.
No, this modality of donation doesn’t allow for Income Tax write-offs. Deductible donations must follow specific criteria.
