Debates, reflections and significant interaction between participants were on display at the 8th Encounter of Brazil Human Rights Fund Projects. From December 2nd through the 4th, the event in São Paulo brought together thirteen organizations from various regions of the country. Representatives of projects supported through the 2014 Annual Selection participated in a communications workshop led by journalist Michelle Prazeres. Further details on our site.
Networks – This semester there were also two workshops in São Paulo from the project “Strengthening the empowerment of networks and cooperation efforts in the promotion of human rights in Brazil”, held by the Brazil Human Rights Fund and sponsored by Petrobras. On September 2nd through the 4th, the 3rd Networking Workshop discussed communications strategies and the Brazilian political and economic structure. On November 3rd, 4th and 5th in São Paulo, participants presented communications campaigns created during the project. For more details, see www.fundobrasil.org.br.
