The campaign #NãoTáTranquiloNãoTavorável, carried out by Brazil Fund, has as its current focus the defense of the right to free sexual orientation and gender identity in Brazil.
The mobilization aims at facing a cruel reality, in which more LGBT people are killed in Brazil than in countries where the death penalty is officially enforced against this part of the population.
Women’s rights are also the focus of the mobilization, with the participation of the journalist Marília Gabriela in videos broadcasted on TV and on social networks.
“It’s the least I can do to support a cause in defense of our gender,” she said. “We are one. One for all, and all for one”.
