Transparency

Transparency and expenditure control are elements that guide the management of Brazil Fund. Every year, the foundation undergoes an independent auditing process and its activities are regularly monitored by the Foundations Curator of the Public Ministry of the State of São Paulo. In 2007, the Fund was acknowledged by the Department of Justice and Defense of Citizenship of the State of São Paulo as a promoter of human rights. In 2008, it was registered in the Municipal Council of Social Assistance (Comas) and in 2009 it obtained the Tax Exemption Certificate on Causa Mortis Transmission and Assets and Rights Donation (ITCMD). In 2015, Brazil Fund obtained the Beneficent Entity Certificate of Social Assistance (CEBAS) from the Ministry of Social Development and Fight against Hunger. All certificates are up-to-date.
