On November 21st, 2012, the Ethos Institute held the workshop “Affirmative Action for the Promotion of Racial Equality” in São Paulo. The event, supported by the Brazil Fund, presented a panorama of the presence of blacks in companies, and discussed the noxious effects of racism in the country.
